We can offer bespoke solutions in mild steel, aluminium and stainless for a range of projects from public art works to interior furniture.

 

CASTING
CASTING

Our range of services include Silicon mould making and pattern creation for metal casting. Experienced in working with a range of materials such as Jesmonite, wax, resin and fiberglass, ceramics, concrete. 

DIGITAL FABRICATION
DIGITAL FABRICATION

We offer a full 3D + 2.5D CNC project service in aluminium, man made sheet materials (eg dibond, acrylic, ply) and natural timbers. (Working dims 304 x 1220 x 2440mm with extended z axis for mould making).

We have our own 3D Scanning and printing in ABS services and can also prepare models for machining.

Additionally we have a Plasma cutter for use with metals up to 150mm thick.

GSS Fabrication has developed a passionate core team dictated by our clients’ needs. Our technical staff come from a variety of specialisms such as fine art, architecture and design, carpentry and metalwork which allows us to offer complete project solutions. In addition to this we also maintain a team of freelance specialists which allows us to scale up or down within our various fields to suit project requirements.
